Republican ’Idol’ Chris Daughtry

While ‘American Idol’ rocker Chris Daughtry was urging young people to vote at a Republican bash in Minneapolis the other night, fans of Rage Against the Machine were down the street being hauled off to the hoosegow!

More than 100 Rage fans staged an impromptu anti-Republican protest, but they were grossly outnumbered by the cops in full riot gear outside the Target Center. Daughtry, who headlined the bash at Epic thrown by the Recording Industry of America and the One Foundation, was not Used To that!
