Just in case the Everett players were under delusions they had a free ride to the Super Bowl based on an earlier result against BC High, Crimson Tide coach John DiBiaso was quick to provide a reality check.

“Right when we got on the bus after the Cambridge game, we addressed that,” said DiBiaso, whose team rolled over BC High, 26-0, earlier in the season. “We simply told them, we lose Tuesday and we go home.”
