Two fires in Hub on day after Thanksgiving

Two early morning fires broke out today resulting in a brief power outage at Boston City Hall and causing about $350,000 of damage to Cafe Belo, the popular Allston eatery.

Power to Boston City Hall was knocked out just after dawn as firefighters responded to an electrical fire at a neighboring high rise at 28 State Street
