Mass. opens new business office in Beijing

BOSTON - Massachusetts authorities have opened a new office in the Chinese capital of Beijing to help the state’s businesses tap into the world’s fastest-growing economy.
Secretary of Housing and Economic Development Daniel O’Connell said Wednesday the new office is dedicated to helping Massachusetts companies conduct research, find agents and distributors and provide other local market support.
