One dead in head-on crash on Route 495

One person was killed on Route 495 in Chelmsford this morning when a tractor trailer crossed a highway median and struck a car head on, state police say.

All lanes of Route 495 South in Chelmsford are shutdown following the multi-vehicle crash, according to State Police.
