Thugs loot Quincy pair’s home, pilfer pit bull pups

A young Quincy couple have been left devastated after four knife-wielding men forced their way into the couple’s Quincy home late Monday and assaulted them before purloining six of their precious pit bull puppies.

“Those puppies are my pride and joy. They don’t deserve this,” said a distressed John Higgins, 22.“I had a breakdown this morning. It’s really unbearable.”
