(0) RateNORTHAMPTON - Officials have unveiled a plan to revamp the nearly 200-year-old Three-County Fairgrounds in Northampton.
Supporters of the 55-acre fairground say it’s in need of a major facelift. Fairgrounds general manager Bruce Shallcross told the Daily Hampshire Gazette of Northampton that the board was impressed with a master plan received Tuesday.
