Daniel Moran

1940-

Moran was a small-time Somerville hood who in January 1980 was told by Sal Sperlinga, a Winter Hill associate of Howie Winter, to stay out of Magoun Square. Moran soon returned with a gun and murdered poor Sal as he was playing cards in a printing shop with a Somerville alderman. Moran was convicted and is still incarcerated, at MCI-Cedar Junction.
