ST. PAUL, Minn. - “You know what they say is the difference between a hockey mom and a pit bill? Lipstick.”

One of hockey mom and Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin’s earliest one-liners Wednesday night demonstrated that personality, energy and moxie is what she’ll bring to the ticket.
