Margaret C. (Brenton) DeSangro of East Falmouth, a real estate agent, died Wednesday at Tufts Medical Center in Boston after a lengthy illness. She was 53.

Born in Chelsea, Mrs. DeSangro was a resident of East Falmouth for many years.
