NY commission charges 4 ex-Spitzer aides

ALBANY, N.Y. - A New York commission has charged four former state officials with misusing state police to discredit a political foe of former Gov. Eliot Spitzer.

The state Public Integrity Commission found insufficient evidence to charge anyone else, including Spitzer.
