Britain accuses Russia of trying to redraw map

KIEV, Ukraine - British Foreign Secretary David Miliband is accusing Russia of trying to redraw the map in the Caucasus.

Miliband also said Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has "a big responsibility not to start" a new Cold War.
