Hurricane watch issued for parts of Cuba

MIAMI - A hurricane watch has been issued for parts of Cuba as Paloma continues barreling toward the Cayman Islands.

Watches have been issued for the provinces of Sancti Spiritus, Ciego de Avila, Camaguey, Las Tunas and Granma.
