Frank Martin, Jason Statham’s hard-knuckles delivery man for mobsters with deep pockets, is running on empty in his third go-round, “Transporter 3.”

Statham, whose gruff voice, chiseled physique and capable karate chops make him an ideal, if junior league, 007, is easily the only spark plug in a sequel to a sequel that is overplotted and incredibly stupid.
