Saltwater Restaurant & Take Away is a family affair. This new dining hot spot at Tisbury Marketplace is owned by Sam Dunn, who built the marketplace and its small collection of shops in the 1980s. His son Sam is the chef.
With its high ceilings, wheat, walnut and sky-blue color scheme and giant windows overlooking Vineyard Haven’s inner harbor, Saltwater is a lovely setting for the younger Dunn’s simple daily menu of island-grown and -hooked ingredients.
